Our Rental Policies

Here is where we answer questions about renting our great party stuff!

Party Supply Rental Policy:  (see COSTUME rental policy below also)

  1. Reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability. Reserve your equipment as early as possible. Rental reservations must be paid for in advance.
  2. A deposit is required on some items. This must be cash or blank charge card voucher and is not refunded until completion of rental,
  3. A non-refundable damage waiver of 10% is required on all rentals. This any accidental damage to rental items and covers cast of cleaning and sanitizing.
  4. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
  5. Rates are based upon customer pick up & return to store.
  6. Delivery charges & terms are quoted on request.
  7. Charges are made for cleaning or damage not covered by damage waiver.
  8. Time on party items: Friday anytime to Monday (before closing). Or up to 48 hours.
  9. Overtime charges are based on 25% of the rate for each additional day.
  10. Rental rate does not include sales tax or damage waiver charge.
  11. Cancellation policy — for reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to rental period, a 25% service charge will be deducted from refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of rental period will result in a 50% refund.
  12. All rentals and rental reservations are final. If the rental item leaves the store it is a full rental.
  13. We sell time, your prompt return of equipment will save you money.
  14. Replacement cost will be assessed to the customer, for any lost equipment. No credit for linens returned unused. All linens will be inspected upon return. Do not place damp linens in sealed plastic bags.
  15. Equipment can be set up with prior arrangement. Set-up charges in addition to rental fees will be applied. All equipment must be stacked and ready for pickup when driver arrives, or a labor charge will be assessed. Equipment is to be returned clean. There will be a cleaning charge if equipment is returned dirty.
  16. All dishes, glasses, chafers should be returned like we did not realize they were used.

 

Costume Rental Policy:

  1. Choose your costume and try it on.
  2. NOTE: Rental rate does not include NJ sales tax and 10% damage waiver
  3. Present a major credit card and driver’s license.
  4. Pay for the rental at the time of reservation.
  5. Rental fee may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
  6. You must also leave a blank credit card voucher for security when you reserve or pick up the costume. NOTE: Your security credit voucher will be destroyed if costume is returned and there is no intentional damage or pieces missing.
  7. Pick up your costume on date reserved.
  8. Return your costume on date assigned.
  9. Late returns will be charged 25% of the rental rate per day.
  10. All reservations are final!!! No exceptions.
  11. Enjoy your costume.  Have a great time and be safe!
 

Attention Website Customers: There is a postage and handling charge of $15.00
for costumes that require shipping. All sales final on shipped costumes.
